How many emails can you send with LeadJabber?
Short answer
How much you can send with LeadJabber depends on two things: the monthly volume included in your LeadJabber plan, and your plan with SendGrid or Mailgun. As of October 2026, Basic includes 5,000 emails per month, Pro 100,000 and Premium 400,000. If you send more, sending continues and the extra emails are billed per email. LeadJabber has no daily limit, and the sending limits of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 do not apply.
Volume included in your LeadJabber plan
Every LeadJabber plan includes all features and unlimited users. The plans differ only in how many emails per month are included. As of October 2026:
- Basic: 5,000 emails per month.
- Pro: 100,000 emails per month.
- Premium: 400,000 emails per month.

What happens if you send more than your plan includes
Sending does not stop. Emails above the volume included in your plan are billed per email, and the price per extra email is lower on the larger plans. If you regularly send more than your plan includes, a larger plan is usually cheaper. You can change plan at any time. See Change your plan or cancel your subscription.
No daily limit in LeadJabber
LeadJabber does not limit how many emails you send per day. The plan volume is counted per month, and you decide how sending is spread over the days with the schedule in each sequence. See Choose when contacts are sent.
Your SendGrid or Mailgun plan
LeadJabber sends through your own SendGrid or Mailgun account, so your gateway plan must also cover the volume you send. The gateway is paid directly to the provider. If you move to a larger LeadJabber plan, check that your gateway plan covers the new volume, and upgrade it with the provider if needed. See Create a SendGrid account for LeadJabber.
Mailbox limits do not apply
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 limit how much a mailbox can send, but LeadJabber does not send your outreach from your mailbox. Your mailbox is only used as your sender identity and to collect replies. You do not need more mailboxes or more domains to send more. The first weeks with a new dedicated IP
With automated IP warm-up turned on, your gateway controls how much a new dedicated IP address sends during the first weeks and raises the volume step by step. You can start sending from day one. See What is a dedicated IP address?.
Agency plans
Agency plans include a monthly volume shared by all client accounts. Each extra client seat adds 50,000 emails per month to the shared volume (October 2026). See Agency pricing.
