Add your email signature
Short answer
In the Getting started menu, click Create a Signature, or open your User Profile. Write the signature in the editor, or paste HTML under View, then Source code, and click Save Signature. It is added automatically to all new emails you create in LeadJabber.
Steps
-
In the Getting started menu, click Create a Signature. New accounts see this menu until the setup is complete. You can also click your name in the top right corner and open User Profile.

-
Change your signature is the first setting on the page. Write and format the signature in the editor and click Save Signature.

Use an HTML signature
If you already have a signature in HTML, click View in the editor toolbar, then Source code. Paste the HTML and click Ok, then Save Signature.

Keep HTML signatures simple. Complex styling and nested tables may look broken in some email clients, and heavy signatures can make cold emails look like marketing.
Add your logo
Click the Insert/Edit Image icon and upload the logo.

Where the signature is used
The signature is added automatically to new emails you create in LeadJabber. Emails you created before saving the signature are not changed, so check older sequences.
When to contact support
Contact us if your signature looks different in the recipient’s inbox than in the editor. Email support@leadjabber.com with a screenshot from the recipient side.
