-
Email Provider Configuration opens. Under Email Provider, choose SendGrid or Mailgun.
-
Enter the API key for that provider under API Key. Click the lock icon next to the field if it is locked.
-
When the key is accepted, the field shows API key verified and working. Click Save.

What happens to running sequences
Nothing changes for your sequences, contacts or replies. LeadJabber keeps sending as before, now through the provider and key you saved.
Before you switch to a new provider
Set up the new provider first: create the account, create an API key with the right permissions and authenticate your sending domain there. Your sender address must be on a domain that is verified with the new provider. For SendGrid, see Create an API key in SendGrid and Authenticate your domain in SendGrid. For Mailgun, see Create an API key in Mailgun and Authenticate your domain in Mailgun.
When to contact support
Contact us if the key is not accepted even though it has the permissions LeadJabber needs. Email support@leadjabber.com with the name of the provider and a screenshot of the error. Never send the key itself.
