Create a Mailgun account for LeadJabber
Short answer
LeadJabber can send through your own Mailgun account. Sign up at mailgun.com, then upgrade Mailgun Send to the Foundation 100k plan, which is the first plan that includes a dedicated IP address. When your domain is added in Mailgun, link the dedicated IP address to the domain and make sure automatic IP warm-up is on.
Why the Foundation 100k plan
LeadJabber does not send email from your mailbox. It sends through a professional email gateway on a dedicated IP address, which protects the reputation of your domain at high volumes. In Mailgun, the Foundation 100k plan is the first plan that includes a dedicated IP address. Cheaper plans only let you buy one as an extra, and the free plan has none. LeadJabber always recommends a dedicated IP address, because shared IP addresses are often of poor quality.
As of October 2026, Foundation 100k includes 100,000 emails per month. You do not need the email validations from Mailgun. LeadJabber verifies email addresses on its own servers before sending.

Steps
-
Go to mailgun.com and start the sign-up.
-
Fill in your details and create the account. Confirm your email address from the email Mailgun sends you, and verify your phone number if Mailgun asks for it.
-
Log in to Mailgun and click Upgrade in the top right corner.
-
In the Mailgun Send box, click Upgrade.
-
Set the number of messages per month to 100,000 and click Select plan on the Foundation plan. Check that the plan says Foundation 100k and lists one dedicated IP.
-
Complete the payment.
US or EU region
Mailgun sends from data centres in the US or the EU. You choose the region for each domain when you add the domain in Mailgun. Both regions work with LeadJabber, which detects the region automatically. If your company and most of your contacts are in Europe, choose EU.
Link the dedicated IP address and turn on automatic warm-up
Do this when your domain has been added in Mailgun. See Authenticate your domain in Mailgun.
A new dedicated IP address must be warmed up so that inbox providers learn to trust it. Mailgun does this for you with automatic IP warm-up. You can then start sending from day one, and Mailgun controls how much the new IP address sends during the first weeks. LeadJabber does not change these settings in your Mailgun account, so check them yourself.
-
In Mailgun, click your profile menu in the top right corner and choose Dedicated IPs. Your dedicated IP address is listed here once Mailgun has assigned it. If the list is empty, check again later.
-
Look at the Linked Domain(s) column. If it shows 0, click the IP address, open Link IP in the top right corner and choose domains. Select your domain and click Link IP to domains. Without this link, your domain does not send from the dedicated IP address.
-
On the IP Details page, check the Warmup section. It should show an active stage. If warm-up is not active, turn it on there.
Do not turn warm-up off. Mailgun warns that sending full volume from a new IP address can harm the reputation of the IP address and your domain, and turning warm-up off resets its progress.
