Create a list

Go to Contacts & Lists, then Lists, and click Create. Choose the type of list:

• Empty list: give it a name and fill it with contacts yourself or from a sequence.
• No response: choose a sequence and a time period. The list gets every contact who finished the sequence in that period without replying. Useful for a new follow-up sequence.
• Not interested: choose a sequence and a time period. The list gets every contact set to Not Interested in the Engager. Useful as a stop list or for statistics.

Lists created for you

Two other places create lists: when you save a sequence, you can have LeadJabber keep lists of contacts who replied and who did not. When you import contacts, you can put them in a new or existing list.

Add or remove contacts in a list

1. In Lists, select the list and click Edit List.

2. To add, click Add more contacts, select the contacts and click Save changes. Add all adds every contact on the account.

3. To remove, select contacts in the list, click Remove Selected and Save Changes. Remove All empties the list.

Use the display icon above the contacts to show more rows per page or choose which columns to show.

Add or remove a contact from the contact card

Open the contact from Contacts & Lists, then Contacts. Under Contact lists, click + Add to add them to a list, or the trash can to remove them from one.

Let a sequence update lists

In the Sequence Builder you can add Add to a list or Remove from list as actions in a stage. For example, add everyone who has not replied by stage 3 to a list for phone follow-up. Create the list first, then choose it when you add the action.
