See campaign results in Email Activity
Short answer
Go to Statistics, then Email Activity. Select a sequence and click Show Statistics, or double-click it. Choose a start and end date and click Go! to see deliveries, opens, clicks and replies for the period. The list at the bottom shows the latest event for each contact; click + for details.
Open the statistics for a sequence

Go to Statistics, then Email Activity. You see the sequences with activity for your user. To see the sequences of another user, choose the user in the menu above the list.

Select the sequence and click Show Statistics, or double-click the sequence name.

Choose a start and end date in the top right corner and click Go!
What the numbers mean
- Total Deliveries: emails delivered in the period.
- Total Opens: all registered opens, including repeat opens by the same person.
- Unique Opens: contacts who opened at least one email.
- Total Clicks: all registered clicks on links.
- Unique Clicks: contacts who clicked at least one link.
- Unique Replies: contacts who replied to an email in the sequence.
Treat opens as a rough signal. Many email clients and security filters load or block images automatically, which makes open counts too high or too low. Replies are the number to steer by.
Look at individual contacts
The list at the bottom shows the contacts in the period, with the latest event first. Click + next to a contact to see every event. Use the search field above the list to find a contact or a specific email in the sequence.
When to contact support
If deliveries are shown but replies stay at zero, see No replies show up in the Engager. Contact us if deliveries are shown but opens, clicks and replies stay at zero over several days. Email support@leadjabber.com with the sequence name and the period.
