Edit your user profile
Short answer
Click your name in the top right corner and choose User Profile. There you see your account details and API key, change your signature, manage connected email accounts and connect Calendly. LeadJabber has no password: you log in with your email address and a link sent to your inbox.

Click your name in the top right corner and choose User Profile under Account.
Account details
Details shows your name, email address, role and API key. Do not share the API key with anyone.
Signature
The first section is the signature editor. See Add your email signature.
How you log in
LeadJabber does not use passwords. On the login page, enter your email address. LeadJabber emails you a login link, and you click it to log in.
Email accounts
Your connected mailboxes are listed under Email Accounts. See Connect your email account to LeadJabber. To see whether an account works, see Check your email account connection.
Connect Calendly
If you use Calendly, connect it so LeadJabber can take contacts out of a sequence when they book a meeting. Under Calendly, paste a personal access token from your Calendly account into Personalized Access Token, click Save and then Validate Token. Then choose in each sequence’s settings whether bookings and cancellations should remove the contact.
When to contact support
Contact us if the login email does not arrive, even after you have checked your spam folder. Email support@leadjabber.com from the address you log in with.
