From Automation to Innovation: The LeadJabber Story

It all began with a completely different challenge.

In 2015, we developed an industrial process automation system called Nordigi. While we successfully sold our solution to significant players like Borregaard and Statoil, we needed meetings to expand our customer base.

The Frustration That Changed Everything

Like many others, we initially tried traditional marketing methods. We quickly discovered that selling complex B2B solutions required quality meetings with decision-makers. Inspired by American methodology, we decided to test email outreach.

Our first test was modest - 500 emails sent through a standard email tool. Despite using essential tools and imperfect messaging, we immediately saw the potential. Email outreach worked, but the tools were holding us back.

From Problem to Opportunity

With our automation background, we noticed something others had missed: Traditional email systems, built on SMTP protocol, were never designed for modern B2B outreach. We faced a choice - continue with suboptimal solutions or build something better.
We chose the latter.

Developing a Better SolutionĀ 

In 2019, we began developing what would become LeadJabber. Our goal was simple: Create a system allowing companies to conduct effective outreach without technical limitations. We wanted to eliminate problems like throttling, blacklisted domains, and "burned" IP addresses.

The solution became a proprietary gateway architecture, allowing users complete control over their sends. But technology alone wasn't enough. Over the years, we learned that successful outreach is as much about methodology as technology. We've built this knowledge into the system.

From Local Success to Global Ambition

Hundreds of Nordic companies used LeadJabber to generate meetings and growth in the following years. Their feedback has shaped the system into what it is today. But in 2024, something changed the game: Google and Yahoo dramatically tightened their email rules. Suddenly, companies worldwide faced the same challenges we had solved years earlier.

The FutureĀ 

In 2025, we're taking our solution global. LeadJabber will be available internationally, offering the same robust technology and methodology that has proven worth in the Nordic region. We believe in a future where B2B companies can focus on building relationships rather than fighting technical limitations.
